The Tranquil app provides all the necessarily functionality to use the Tranquil Watch. Connect this app to your Tranquil watch to get access to the device's world class features. Know where your loved one is at anytime from anywhere. The map screen allows you to keep an eye out and check where they've been over the course of the day. Prevent wandering with alerts when the user leaves home or goes into/out of a certain area. This means that if your loved one wanders or leaves the house at an unsafe time, you can find them quickly. Speak with them any time they're lost, in danger or disorientated. The Tranquil uses two-way calling, allowing you to call them any time you need or if they need you in an emergency. It has alerted us and led us right to her twice when she left her assisted living facility without their knowledge, the second time this week. Interestingly, she also wears a device belonging to the facility that is supposed to alert them if she tries to leave, but yesterday it failed to detect her exit. Fortunately she was wearing her Tranquil watch and it performed flawlessly. I was on my way home from the grocery store when my phone received an alert from the watch that she had left her safe zone. I quickly notified the assisted living facility and headed over, and the app showed me right where to find her (three blocks away). What a relief! The batter lasts a week, it is water resistent, so the band that locks on the wrist is an excellent solution to allow for continued independence. It helped my mom get better sleep at night knowing we would be notified if dad left the house. We got a few false alarms. But small price to pay for such a wonderful device. They really did think of everything with simple look / buttons, locking wristband, and a list of call notifications if the first person doesn’t acknowledge it. Also their customer service is UNBELIEVABLY good!!!! ### 4/5 — Helpful *2025-06-07* We purchased the watch for my father-in-law after he couldn’t find his way to the hospital to see his wife and couldn’t make his way to his home or ours. It was great being able to see where he was and call him on it when needed. It was a nice looking watch but on the larger side. The battery started giving trouble after about a year and a half. The company offered a discount on a replacement watch since the battery can’t be replaced. We limped along with it for another six months until we decided he didn’t need it any longer. ### 5/5 — Great Product and Service *2025-05-24* I was researching tracking devices for my mother who has dementia and has wondered away before. The Tranquil Watch really stood out to me because of the various functions it has. It really gave the family peace of mind knowing we would be informed if she left the designated area and that we could track her and even communicate with her through the watch. As far as customer service goes, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I had some questions before I made the purchase and all questions were promptly and thoroughly answered by Cyrus. After I received the watch I had a couple questions, and again, I received prompt and complete responses. I can’t express my appreciation for all the time and advice they provided ### 1/5 — Beware *2024-08-25* The company advertises risk free 30 day trial with refund, but I have had to file a credit card claim to try to get my refund. This after I had to send three emails to get the info for the return. We needed to return because it was not tracking and it used the battery in less than 3 days. We tried troubleshooting and then they continued to try to have us troubleshoot despite our request to return. They then informed us the watch can’t have any damage/scratches. It was worn for 3 days!!! I sent a video of the watch without scratches. They deemed the watch too damaged to refund which I found very subjective. Desperate, I thought that I’d use it as a basic watch but no that requires the $54/month cellular plan to even use the watch face.
