When my brain was been getting scattered I was able to use Tranquil to calm myself, clear my mind, collect the thoughts I needed and re-dial myself back in to my work. Our mental health is priceless and this app is a great tool to keep it on track. I was able to get more clarity, calmness, and focus with Tranquil.
