你好：当时下载此软件时并未提示需要产生收费，直接产生了6笔68元扣费，共计408元。我已第一时间在apple提交了两次退款申请，apple退款77.71元，但剩余330.29元未通过，目前apple退款通道已关闭，无权限提交。款项是你们收取的，国家规定软件方需要给用户发起扣款前需要提前通知的用户，但我并未收到提醒通知，直接扣款，且你们软件扣费协议未明确清晰的告知消费者，所以需要你们帮我回收会员权限。已发送邮件请尽快回复。
