If you’ve set up an account on the health benefits website, you can enter the same username and password to sign in on the app. You can also enable touch ID or face ID to sign in, and we’ll never store sensitive account information on your mobile device.

Always a technical issue and needing to call support desk. Or whenever you’re able to proceed it’s an endless loop of allowing website to share info about you and continuing to log in.

Why was this app changed. I can’t get the new version to load onto my iPad. This is so frustrating. This should not be happening and makes me question why I keep my retirement savings here.

Stuck in a loop trying to login. My login credentials are accurate, but when I put them in, it takes me back into the app and then the app takes me back to the temporary browser to login and it’s stuck in a loop.

Not sure why Transamerica can’t combine their TRS retirement portal into one mobile app and always switch HSA providers and apps.
