Not only can I not get help by calling Transamerica, the website rarely works as well. Even local agents don’t return calls. Starting to think it’s time to move my money out of this company if they can’t even fix a simple login glitch months later. That speaks volumes to their sheer disregard of customer experience. I’m over these jokers. 2nd UPDATE (90 days later): login is STILL broken. No matter how many times you click “remember me”, it forces you to login every time. Never remembers Face ID even though you tell it to. And then asks me what language I want every time, like I’m learning a new language every time I log in. If you can’t even get the login correct and working, god forbid any issues arrive with actual functionality. Seriously. Do the Transamerica employees not have transamerica retirement accounts and not even use the app? How are they not noticing this themselves???!!! UPDATE: can someone please fix the login chaos of this app? What’s the point of enabling biometrics if I have to relogin with my password every time? Every day, I mark to enable biometrics and then less than 24 hours later, I have to login with my password all over again. Seriously. I miss the days from a few years ago where the app actually worked, was easier to navigate, and login wasn’t such a pain in the rump. The latest update made the app feel clunky, not user friendly, and nearly impossible to locate information. The previous version was actually easy to navigate compared to this atrocity. All I wanted to check was how much I’ve contributed year-to-date. That used to be a simple one or two taps to find and view. And that’s a pretty basic function to be honest. With the update, even after spending 20 minutes trying to navigate the app and going into every possible menu and submenu (which is an issue unto itself), I still can’t find that information. If this is their development teams idea of “easier than ever”, they should be fired immediately! ### 1/5 — Waste of time. *2026-08-16, version 10.0.1* I downloaded and tried to sign in. It gets as far as I need to read and agree to statements but there’s no statements for me to read and agree to. It’s just blank. When you just hit agree it tells you that you have to read and agree bout you can’t.
