Trying to pay for checked baggage is a nightmare. The app requires a text confirmation that never comes, the support rep was impossible to work with and needed information we did not have, so we had to drive to the airport a day early just to weigh the bags, and nobody from Transavia was at the airport check in.

I was unable to book a flight on the Transavia Mobile app - went to the website and was able to book the flight.  Adding a second checked/ hold bag is confusing.  Unnecessarily so.  Worst experience with over 50 airlines flown.
