You are HALLUCINATING *2025-10-17, version 5.8.2* First your airline “swaps” aircraft to get us to our destination - one we have never heard of and Second upon return at 10 pm at night you tell us we can change our flight because you’ve decided you are SOOOO busy you have to DOWNSIZE the aircraft to accommodate LESS passengers. And our seat assignment? GONE. MonsterTransylvania airlines needs to shut down and regroup. ### 2/5 — Appli inutile et frustrante *2025-09-06* Avis aux programmateurs si jamais vous vous intéressez aux avis des utilisateurs qui comme moi sont obligés de passer par Transavia pour faire de nombreux aller retour entre 2 destinations que Transavia est la seule à proposer …. Incompréhensible de ne pas configurer comme toutes les autres compagnies, une appli user friendly, encore plus incompréhensible quand on compare avec l’appli de la maison mère AF, qui elle me reconnaît, a déjà toutes mes données, enregistre mes nouvelles resa sans que j’ai besoin de les retrouver dans mes mails….. c’est dingue de nos jours de constater une telle inefficacité… je l’ai signalé plusieurs fois à Transavia mais aucun changement…. Il faudrait au moins autoriser la reconnaissance faciale, reconnaître le email et programmer le paiement par Apple… ce qui semble le minimum en 2025 🥵Si j’avais le choix c’est certain que jamais je ne n’utiliserai cette app, j’ajoute quand même pour une note positive que une fois rentrée dans l’application, l’utilisation (hors paiement) est assez simple et efficace…. The visual design is quite good, and main functionality is there. The inability to pay with Apple Pay killed me. I was notified by email but the link didn’t lead me to my booking. I had to repeatedly login, first tried as guest to view booking which didn’t let me ad a cabin bag. I had to establish an account, kept having to login and payment failed numerous times. Structure tree isn’t clear and easy to follow. One of the worst Airline App I ever encountered. This plus the fact that the free cabin bag size is smaller than most airlines. My bag is 44 cm long, not 40 cm and fits perfectly under the seat. I have travelled with KLM, British, Easyjet and Ryanair with it without any problems. I will try to avoid Transavia in the future. I don’t want to pay extra for a bag that fits under the front seat or risk being harassed by TA staff at the airport. All in all a very unpleasant experience and a rip off with this Airline.
