Had several hiccups. Not the easiest to use, didn't bother tell me I had to fast b4 bloodwork & missed important things.  Had to reschedule appt. Health coach is mediocre.  Health tips are limited.

Lay out is terrible, and won’t receive any codes to my email or phone for a required password change. Tried calling for support (it’s not even 3pm at this point) and everybody is gone for the day… terrible support for trying to get account access for something health related.

Many times I am blocked from logging into the app and additionally the reset password function does not work. It’s extremely frustrating. Additionally the customer service seems to be almost 100% AI.  Also the forms I need to fill in to get my medication are constantly missing and the weird AI agents can’t seem to figure out how to fix it. There used to be real customer service people who would help but they seem to have been replaced by AI. All in all it’s an incredibly frustrating app to use.

The more I use this app, the more efficient managing my heath care has become. Latest functionality used was having the app find a local specialist and book an appointment for me. Prior to this functionality, I used the Pharmacy features to research cost for prescriptions. Managing prescription became so much easier. Thank you Transcarent!

I don’t see the point of this app. The couple of things you can do on here. I can do just fine on my original insurance app. I can access my insurance card, see my benefits, how much til I’ve met my deductible. Find a doctor, find pricing for specialists, procedures, book a real doctor via telehealth, ask for a refill, have referrals sent for a new dr. And the list goes on, I don’t know what the purpose of this application is for. About as annoying as using 9am health
