Their app is wonky as hell. They do not play nicely with other banks. Nothing works smoothly when trying to make a payment. My advice to anyone who gets stuck having to use this company is get a loan from your personal bank and pay off the loan with transcend and never look back after deleting the app and leaving the credit union. If someone gets access to my phone and strikes upon my PIN code (only 4 digits not the most secure. Other accounts offer a choice on their Home Page to login with USER ID and Password or a Pin Code. I feel that is more secure Also, on Bill Pay, I may not want to pay a bill on the day I happen to log in to my account. If I have a bill I know is coming due, and I’m logged in 2 weeks prior to its due date, I’d like a calendar option to select the future date I want the payment to be made. ### 1/5 — Transcend new app is much more difficult to use *2024-11-21, version 3.18.0* It takes several clicks to get the basic info I need. I was unable to take advantage of the feature on the previous app, I also like how you add the numbers to the transfer/deposit and you don’t have to manually enter the decimal point. It’s the little things that make such a big difference! Thank you for catching up with the times Transcend!
