I like the (free) Garden Patio sounds very much, and find them them well randomized. I am a follower of them and they recommended focusing on the white noise of central air. She then said in another taping that she has a central air app on her phone for when she’s on the go. None of the sounds are on a loop so it is easy to zone out and meditate which is why Esther Hicks was talking about it. I downloaded all of the free noise selections and they are all very high quality without loops. I surprised myself by liking the airplane cruising noise the best! I love nature so I thought garden or the metal fan would be my favorite. Of the free ones, I love the airplane cruising the most. Listening right now. 😍🥰 Great app and does its job. Wouldn’t be mad to pay .99 for each of the rest of the tracks if I felt I wanted or needed them. So far I’m happy with the free tracks so I figured I would leave a kind review I’m so impressed how none of the noises sound canned or manufactured nor do they have background or loop noises.
