Unfortunately the program is not up to the challenge. Bugs glitches and malfunctions are VERY common. My employers uses Transcendent information and stats to rate maintenance staff performance… but those ratings are CONSISTENTLY off because of deficiencies is the system. I have no idea if Transcendent is better or worse than the competition since I’ve never used any of them. But after using Transcendent for a few years… I can’t see how they can be any worse. If I could rate it ZERO stars… I would. ### 1/5 — Very slow all the time. *2024-01-18* Slow and it just reset itself and I just noticed that the time is super imposed over the 3 lines at the top so I’ll have to restart the app and lose my notes on the current work order. I’m pretty good at technology but most of my coworkers are much older and barely know how to text.
