## What is Transcollines?

Select a transit stop, a public place, an address or tap directly on the map to set your pickup/drop-off points.

Set your departure date and time and let Transcollines provide you with the best route for your destination.

On-demand transport: 

In-app notifications will keep you posted on the exact time of pickup. 

You will be able to track the vehicle in real-time on the map and see the remaining time before pickup.

Once onboard, sit back and relax. Transcollines will send you the exact duration of your trip.

Since Transcollines On Demand (TOD) is a transit rideshare service, you could share your trip with fellow riders.

From your phone you can easily: book multiple rides at a time, change or cancel a ride, schedule them in advance and save them to your phone's calendar.

You will also have access to useful information about our on-demand service and tips on how to use it efficiently.

Fixed route bus transport: 

Consult the timetables and routes of bus lines, add your stops and favorite lines to stay informed of any disruptions.

Ticketing:

Good service but the app need an update lol sometimes it logs me out randomly or when i book a ride all the info disappears if i scroll down to fill out other info. Also my friend tried to book a ride and it said « no available » something but when i search for the same destination on my phone i am able to see multiple availabilities…. Good concept but app is completely out of date and needs minor updates asap

Ça fait déjà 3 ou 4 fois que quand on prend un taxi il passe à côté de notre maison sans s’arrêter pour aller chercher d’autres personnes. Ça rajoute 40 minutes d’attente de plus pour rien et quand on leur demande de s’arrêter ils ne veulent pas parce que ils doivent « respecter » le parcours. Vous devez vraiment revoir vos points d’arrêts avec les taxi!

The on demand service is unfortunately terrible for a number of reasons. The cars never show up on time, and by never, I quite literally mean never, and in turn, you are unable to make it to your scheduled time and so have to book 10-40 minutes in advance of when you actually want to be there. As for the speed, they know they’ve showed up late. I have had to brace myself against the seat as drivers go at least 60 km/h over speed bumps. Additionally, the staff themselves aren’t the best. You either get people who are constantly talking on the phone with the volume full blast throughout the car, or someone with poor hygiene who will quite literally be picking in their ear the entire drive.

As useful as it is, the new transcollines app is incredibly buggy and has a very bad user experience, I think the idea behind the app is excellent but after the new app “revamp” it has gotten unbearable to use.

Je suis agréablement surprise et étonnée d’avoir trouvé ce SERVICE qui offre du transport sur demande de cette façon! Jamais je n’aurais pensé un jour payer un TAXI 5.00$( oui oui c’est bien ça 5$) pour partir de Gatineau et me rendre à Masham au travaille et surtout avec les hausses de prix partout j’étais plus qu’étonné de savoir qu’il avait ce genre de service à un coût aussi bas. Alors je ne peux que  dire un énorme BRAVO et FÉLICITATIONS pour votre entreprise mon portefeuille est bien heureux!!! ❤️❤️❤️🙌🏽

Il devrait remplacer le service par plus d’autobus car il sont beaucoup plus fiable. Les chauffeurs roule en moyenne 40km/h au dessus de la limite et conduise très dangereusement. Et le service est tellement mauvais qu’un pire service serait de la fraude parce que l’on paye pour un service non rendu!

This is the worst service. If your goal is to stand around for hours waiting for your taxi to arrive and then arrive extremely late to your destination then this is the service for you. They are unreliable, dirty and stinky and the drivers are incapable of reading maps. Extremely poor customer service.
