If you choose to get one of our plans, your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal depends on your Subscription Plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. I did a 1 week subscription and cancelled before the auto renew. They charged me anyway, getting a refund has been a headache. Use another app.

Hello,

Even though I have an annual subscription, I haven’t been able to upload any new files for the past few weeks. Because of this issue, I have been unable to use the service as intended.

I have already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.

Since I am paying for a service that I have been unable to use, I expect this issue to be fixed as soon as possible. If it cannot be resolved promptly, I would like a refund for the period during which the service has been unusable.

Please investigate this issue and get back to me as soon as possible.
