I think the interface is very clean, and simple to use. I would like to see a distinction between "Speakers" in the text output rather than one long set of text with no break points. The app makes you to pay before showing what it can do. features and functions. There are many apps that are exactly the same in App Store. Seems one person is behind the many apps, trying to collect information. Apple should know that. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Even when I tried to delete it, the app continues to interfere on all my videos. Good luck! ### 1/5 — Terrible quality *2022-11-05* I purchased 1 hour and tried a 15 min transcription. The results are so bad that I do not even recognise the text. ### 1/5 — Very frustrated and dissapointed *2021-08-04, version 1.9.2* I've been using this for my PhD work for months and it's worked well. However, it suddenly has stopped working and nothing I do seems to help. I've deleted and reloaded the file to transcribe, tried other files, and even deleted and reloaded the app- to no avail. It's stuck in the "about to start" mode and I have 18 hours worth of time to use and am feeling very upset that it's no longer working. I also can't seem to get any help with this, the app support link doesn't work! There's no way to purchase the add-ons in Big Sur. It pops up with a blank box and you have to Force Quit the application. This makes the application unusable for anything beyond trialware. Also, the privacy links are outdated in the description and the main website looks like a parked page. No thanks! If there was a pay-one-price version, I would give this 4 stars - Maybe 5 stars if the app cost under $5. However, the in-app price per minute is a bit pricey for the average person. If I didn't need the transcription done quickly, I would probably have passed. ### 3/5 — Great Transcriptions BUT *2021-01-17, version 1.7.3* This product works great. Transcribes very close to perfect. HOWEVER, once it is on your computer EVERY video you go to download from zoom or anywhere AUTOMATICALLY goes to get transcribed! Meaning you can't watch them. The speaker is also a native of Holland so the English language sentence structure is a bugger to untwist. Having a time stamp to export the text for editing has saved me in this tedious transcription job (most of which is also my doing as I'm also capturing the nuances of audience reactions and long pauses). Finding my way, in the 2 hour! sessions,has become so much easier with Transcribe.ai. Also, the Developer, Alla Platanenko, has communicated with me in making tweeks––allowing the font size to be adjusted, within a month! Also Alla has worked to facilitate me and this specific project in a kind and helpful way. Above the standard of care! Thank you so much Alla!
