Transcribe turns voice into organized text. Record a voice note or import audio from any app - meetings, lectures, ideas, and get a full transcript, an AI summary, and clear action items in one place.

How it works
• Record - Tap record and speak. When you stop, we transcribe and summarize.
• Import - Share audio from Voice Memos, WhatsApp, or any app. We process it the same way.
• Paste link - Have a Vocaroo (or similar) link? Paste it in the app and we’ll download and transcribe it.
• Read & use - Scroll the transcript, jump by sentence with playback sync, and use the summary and action items to stay on top of follow-ups.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-03

• Much faster long recordings. A 25-minute recording now transcribes in around 15 seconds instead of over a minute — long audio is processed in parallel rather than all at once.
• Fixed: long recordings could fail to upload with a misleading "No internet" message, even on Wi-Fi. Uploads now continue in the background when you lock the screen or switch apps, instead of being cut off.
• Clearer errors: an interrupted upload now says so, and reminds you the recording is safely saved and can be retried.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-07-25

• Fixed: a temporary problem at the transcription service could fail a recording outright. Transcribe now retries automatically, so these recover on their own.
• Clearer messages when a file can't be transcribed — you now see why, instead of a generic error.
• Multi-speaker recordings are more reliable: if speaker labelling can't run, you still get the full transcript instead of a failure.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-07-21

• New: Multiple speakers / languages mode. Turn it on when recording or importing and Transcribe labels who said what and handles recordings that mix languages (e.g. English, Latvian, Russian) far better.
• Speaker labels now appear in the transcript for multi-speaker recordings.
• Reliability and sync improvements under the hood.

• More reliable transcription — voice notes you share now transcribe on the first try, no more tapping retry.
• Long recordings supported — audio is compressed on your device before upload, so you can transcribe much longer files (up to ~1.5 hours).
• Your transcript is never lost if the summary step hiccups — you can regenerate the summary anytime.
