## What is Transcribee?

Transcribee turns what you say into notes you can actually read, search, and think with — and it does all of it on your iPhone.

Tap record, say what's on your mind, and watch the transcript appear as you speak. When you're done, Transcribee gives the note a title, and you can tag it, play it back, and read along with the words highlighting in time.

PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
There is no account and no server. Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries never leave your device — because there's nowhere for them to go. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. Turn on airplane mode and everything still works.

TRANSCRIBED ON DEVICE
Speech becomes text using Apple's on-device speech recognition. Fast, accurate, and completely offline.

UNDERSTOOD, NOT JUST RECORDED
On supported iPhones, Apple Intelligence reads your notes back to you: a short summary of each note, the action items hiding inside it, and weekly or monthly insights showing the themes you keep returning to, the words you use most, and a notable line pulled from your own words.

BUILT FOR ACTUALLY FINDING THINGS
Notes are organized by day, with a week strip so you can move through your history at a glance. Search inside any transcript. Tag notes to group them.

YOURS TO TAKE ANYWHERE
Export any note — or a batch of them — as plain text, Markdown, or PDF, and send it wherever you like. Your data, your call, every time.

Transcribee is a voice recorder for people who want the words, not just the audio.

Note: AI summaries and insights require an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence. On other devices, recording, transcription, search, and export work exactly the same.
