Beats every other service out there for transcription accuracy, but the app is a monstrosity. Anyone used to grappling the UI of the company’s web site will be unsurprised, but this is a huge step down even from that. Essentially unusable. Super clear they never use their own app. Ugh.

I wanted to sign up because I saw it was a side hustle to make extra money, but it’s terrible. To get started you have to take an english exam, but there were 0 exams opened they were all “temporarily” closed.

Beware, download the app, create an account, upload data, enter all details only to come to a page detailing the exorbitant pricing to transcribe. Misleading when it states no in app charges. Basically an app that puts an “order” in to transcribe, bypassing the “in app purchases” declaration. Deceiving clients straight off the bat is not the best business model. Just saying. Do better.

It’s not perfect but it still helped me transcribe most of my recording. I spent like 10 bucks and it’s saved me soooooo much time! I’m using this to transcribe a recording from my medical class.
