Anyone used to grappling the UI of the company’s web site will be unsurprised, but this is a huge step down even from that. Essentially unusable. I spent like 10 bucks and it’s saved me soooooo much time! Its just a negligence from apple for not really doing good job reviewing their apps. ### 1/5 — Not free *2017-08-31, version 3.0.4* I got the app because I'm a college stupid who wanted to record lectures and get them transcribed. I wouldn't mind paying for a service but not after waiting 20-30 to upload my recording THEN you mention I have to pay a fee of $2.00 a minute?! My lecture ended up costing $150 had I known that before I wouldn't have even bothered to wait the upload time or I would've tried to trim it. ### 1/5 — Not free *2017-08-24, version 3.0.4* You (interested downloaders) probably won't read this because it's so easy these days to download and install an app, to later find out there is payment required down the road. After downloading and waiting over 10 minutes to upload it then tried to charge me over $100. As opposed to other transcription or voice to text apps I have used in the past where it automatically transcribes it in front of you. This is how they have such a high accuracy rate allegedly because they use people which takes more time and more importantly I don't want random people listening to my notes and my files. This app had so much potential I was excited about it I think you guys should have an option to where people can just have my preferred nonhuman transcription and of course those who are not uncomfortable with having your human transcribed program could then go on to do that. Misleading when it states no in app charges. Basically an app that puts an “order” in to transcribe, bypassing the “in app purchases” declaration. Deceiving clients straight off the bat is not the best business model. Just saying. I tried to change the password multiple times. Only web page is accessible.
