Dear Support Team,

Since my last subscription renewal, your app has completely stopped working on my iPhone. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my device, and tried everything I could, but the app still does not appear in my list of applications.

I have just renewed my subscription for the second time, and I believe my money has been wasted because I cannot use the service I paid for.

I am requesting an immediate explanation, a prompt resolution to this issue, or a full refund of my subscription. My email address and Apple subscription details are already associated with my account, so you have all the necessary information to identify my purchase.

If I do not receive a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution, I will consider taking the appropriate legal measures available in my country to protect my consumer rights.

Just install it and try to transcribe an audio and it immediately shows that you have already reached the limit. it is not possible. only on the first try. Are you kidding?

I’ve been subscribed weekly to this app for over a year and was my goto app.  It use to work perfectly but lately they changed the app to work with some new external service and had consistent issues and doesn’t work 90% of the time.  I’ve reported issues to dev repeatedly but they don’t care to fix it.  So I’ve switched to WA VoiceScriber which is free and works 100x much better.
