Sorry for the confusion and frustration. To clarify, usage limits have existed in some form due to the ongoing API and processing costs required to run AI transcription and generation models. The newer extra data packages are intended for users who need higher usage beyond the included monthly limits. We understand concerns around lifetime access expectations, and we’ll continue working on making our plans, limits, and usage details clearer and more transparent for all users. We don't have any differences for new and previous lifetime users. Thank you for the feedback and support.
