## Most critical reviews (9 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Ruined

*2021-03-10*

They took the greatest program ever and ruined it. I love lit suite but why mess with perfection. Importing is a nightmare and the Home Screen is rubbish. Please email me so someone can help me.

**Developer response:** Hi monkeysnot1, We are so glad that you thought TranscriptPad was the greatest app, and that you love the LIT SUITE. If you find the new way of importing transcripts difficult you can always continue to use the legacy apps.
We strongly believe that the added features and capabilities in the new apps are well worth the slight learning curve. For example, you now import transcripts directly into the folder where you want them to appear, and you can even import files directly from a connected USB drive.
We also made some changes to be consistent with the Apple apps that many users are already familiar with, like Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
We can’t contact you through this review process, so if you need any help please email support@litsoftware.com or contact us through the form on our website https://www.litsoftware.com/contact

### 5/5 — Best deposition review software available

*2024-11-26*

Been using this program for nearly 10 years. It revolutionized how I litigate and is the gold standard for trial lawyers.

### 5/5 — Fast, easy and beautiful

*2024-07-24*

No more waiting for others to synchronize your depo video! You can do it yourself quickly, organize clips easily -- it's terrific. Plus, the finished product is perfect, because the screen is almost all video, with just enough text so the jury can see that, oh yes he DID say that!

### 5/5 — My favorite app

*2024-03-23*

This is an expensive app and the best money I have ever spent. Transcript pad allows you to annotate and organize your depositions. Now you can even synch a video and make clips directly from the transcript.

Buy this app if you ever work with depositions.

### 5/5 — It works

*2023-10-27*

Great app.

### 5/5 — Video deposition syncing

*2023-07-07*

The ability to sync a video deposition is a welcome new feature. And the ability to create video clips from my designations is a time and money saver. I used to have to send this to a service provider and wait for the turnaround. Now I can create deposition video clips for mediations from my couch. Nicely done.

### 5/5 — This app makes depo review fun

*2022-06-20*

This only works once you have the right format transcript from the court reporter (TXT). If you have that, the app is magic. You can read and review faster than any other program, and the search is astonishing. There are a lot of report options, but I save PDF depo summaries after I review, and reference them later instead of the whole transcript. I can’t review a transcript without this app anymore.

### 5/5 — Invaluable

*2021-11-29*

We always found TrialPad invaluable and we’re now starting to leverage TranscriptPad to get the benefit of the collaboration and the great reports.

**Developer response:** Hi koorblaw, We have added many features for collaboration between the apps, and for users to be able to collaborate on Case Files. More new features and capabilities are coming soon!

### 5/5 — Great

*2021-03-02*

The search and highlighting makes it easy to summarize depositions. The reports look professional and are great to submit to the court.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. We have more great features and improvements in the works.
