## What is @Transdev?

Met de @Transdev app heb je altijd de actuele vertrektijden bij de hand.



De app laat de actuele vertrektijden zien van de dichtstbijzijnde haltes of van jouw voorkeurshalte. Op
basis van je locatie bepaalt de app welke haltes in de buurt liggen.



Op het scherm zie je in één oogopslag of jouw rit op tijd bij de halte vertrekt of dat het voertuig eerder of
later wegrijdt.



Wat biedt de app:



- De app biedt een handige reisplanner waarmee je een reisadvies kunt opvragen vanaf je huidige
locatie of vanaf een zelfgekozen adres naar een reisbestemming in Nederland. De reisplanner
geeft een advies voor bus, tram, metro, trein en veerpont.



- Je kunt direct zoeken op een haltenaam. Voor iedere halte wordt getoond welke lijnen er stoppen
en als je vervolgens een lijn kiest, zie je de realtime vertrektijden. Met het belletje op deze pagina
kan je aangeven dat je een notificatie wilt ontvangen bij een omleiding of verstoring. Hierbij kan je
ook aangeven of je dit alleen wilt ontvangen tijdens de spits of altijd.



- Met het hartje naast de haltenaam kan je een halte tot favoriet maken. Je krijgt deze halte
standaard in het scherm Favorieten te zien.



- Koppel je betaalpas (OVpay) aan jouw Mijn-account en zie jouw volledige reishistorie bij Transdev
en haar merken (o.a. Breng, Connexxion & Hermes)



- Koop een e-ticket om te reizen met de bussen van Transdev



- Zet Transdev Voordeel of Connexxion Voordeel aan voor jouw regio en koppel dit product aan
jouw betaalpas.



- Via het Omleidingen icoon worden de geplande en ongeplande omleidingen en verstoringen
getoond. Tip: meld je aan voor de pushnotificaties, zodat je deze informatie direct ontvangt als er
iets gebeurt op jouw route.



- Inzicht in recente reizen



- Laatste weersvoorspelling op basis van jouw locatie (mits je locatiegegevens wilt delen)



- Contact opnemen met klantenservice



- Inzicht in de beschikbare deelsystemen in de buurt



- De mogelijkheid om de homepage van de app te personaliseren.



- Plan, boek en betaal jouw ritten met belbus en belbus Flex in de regio Hoeksche Waard en
Goeree-Overflakkee

You cannot purchse etickets for a single trip in this App. Just day passes.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. You are right we only sell day passes within the app. It is always possible to check-in and check-out with your payment card or credit card. You will then pay the standard fare on our buses. Perhaps that will be a solution for you next time you travel with us
