After a long day of travel from CA to Miami it was the best part of our travel day having them there waiting and ready outside of the baggage claim area we were at. As a normally its work properly but my last filght was diverted to another airbort and i try to cancel my ride. I wasn’t expecting fully recover my payment bu they could be a little bit care about their customers. We paid €688.69 for an airport transfer from Swiss Holiday Park to Zurich. Due to a booking flow or honest date error, one of our transfers ended up scheduled for June 27 instead of June 26. We caught an alternative taxi and immediately contacted both the assigned driver and Transferero support to inform them of the mistake. This was done 23 hours before the incorrect pickup time. The driver explicitly replied "OK" on WhatsApp, acknowledging the situation, and support confirmed the case was sent for review. After that, support completely ignored my follow-up messages. Instead of acting like a reputable business, they chose to play a cheap game: this morning (June 27), I received a notification claiming the driver had "arrived and waited"—despite them knowing an entire day in advance that no one would be there. Staging a driver’s arrival just to technically cover yourselves and hide behind a strict 24-hour policy to pocket nearly €700 is unacceptable. Major platforms like Booking.com understand basic customer care and human errors; Transferero prefers quick cash over long-term integrity. Have hired cars before and the absolute worst experience. Knowing the immigration delays in Europe requested pickup for 1 hr after landing. They updated time to flight landing time and the driver started trying to shake me down for more money. The worst part - we booked to have a booster seat and it was “unavailable since we took over an hour to clear immigration”. I landed in JFK with a 2 year old and their driver came with a booster seat instead of a baby car seat and we tried canceling but the company refused to refund our money! Had to got through credit card disputes. Thieves! Beware of the type of car option you choose in the US. There is a disparity in what they advertise vs what shows up. I had a recent horrible experience with family visiting on an international flight at LAX and they sent the wrong sized car, and even with last minute coordination they sent another wrong sized car. The agents on the phone were also rude at times. Overall I’m deleting this app and there are other better services that I’d rather pay an extra $50-$100 for than take transfeero again. Posting reviews now on Google, Reddit, TrustPilot, and Transfeero app: “DO NOT Use. Scam, bad service, struggled for refund over 3 weeks. Left me blocks from hotel bc driver said he couldn’t find way to address. Showed him GPS directions and he told mec to walk. BTW all Russian/ east European.
