Keeps auto charging me when I do not wish to renew subscription. No option to cancel in app as stated. Very poor customer experience.

This app asks for payment upfront without testing. I bought it. It does not work as stated, and did not transfer data as expected and there’s no clear way to get a refund. Total waste.
