When this is raised, the response is that there are no plans to improve them. Later, the company asks for feedback on why customers are leaving, even though the reason has already been made clear. ### 4/5 — Gut und schnell *2026-01-02* Leider was mir nicht gefällt, nach 2 Überweisungen wird der Wechselkurs Währung stark reduziert und verändert, zb. Wenn der kurs 1€ =50 ist wird reduziert auf zb. 1€=47. daher ein Stern Abzug ansonsten ist das Geld sofort auf konto und mann hat mehrere Auswahl wie man zahlt. ich bitte daher die wechselkurse immer auf den aktuellen stand zu geben. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback! Перерахував вручну гроші на їх акаунти в Monzo для подальшого переказу. Через декілька днів бачу що транзакція expired бо нібито до них не надійшли гроші. Мій банк підтвердив переказ, але їх служба підтримки некомпетентна взагалі. Вони вимагають proof у вигляді якого не існує в сервісі Monzo. Іх співробітниця не знає як відкрити csv файл і вимагає далі pdf хоча працівник банку підтвердив що виписку у форматі pdf для окремої транзакції неможливо сформувати. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-12-04, version 4.163.0* I sent some money to my doctor in another country to pay for my prescription . The money were sent on 26th November, for next day delivery, and they were taken from my account . However I had to contact their customer service on 2nd December asking why the money still pending. So after my message they were sent to my doctors. In total took it 7days to deliver my money . This gave me a lot of stress! They were supposed to transfer 1000 QAR, but only 965 QAR was delivered. They’re also not responding properly to my inquiries ### 1/5 — Money withholding *2025-11-10, version 4.159.1* I recently use this app as a wallet or bank to receive a transfer in GBP and since they don’t have a card that I could use in apple pay, I transferred the money immediately to my local bank account so that I could use the money because they allow international transfers but unfortunately until now it has been almost a week I haven’t received my money yet, their support team isn’t doing anything. They requested details on the transaction for confirmation, which I provided and still I haven’t received my money.
