I've had the opportunity to use this app for core work. Having the visual avatar showing the movements is extremely helpful. The workouts are quick- yet very efficient and challenging. I am looking forward to trying out the other fitness programs available.

So far so good! 1st week down 10lbs.

This has been just about to easy.

I know that there will be some challenges.

It’s so different having a team to help.

I actually started to believe it’s possible.

I’ve never been there before, I have hope.

I’m tired of being my own worst enemy.

I’d recommend anyone try this for a month.
