**Developer response:** Hello Verlies man, please ensure you are logging in Transflow Mobile with your school-assigned student email, as it is the only one allowed for SIP users (do not sign up). Please ensure you have access to your student email account with which the OTP will be delivered. If required, you may reset your password via the app by selecting "Forgot Password." We apologize for the inconvenience. For support, contact transflowsupport@itconsortiumgh.com.

Humble suggestion look into taking off preapproval for momo preapproval as it undermines user security because when someone logins is hacked it becomes easy for someone to transfer your funds . Thank You
