Welcome to your one stop shop for the most efficient workout on the planet. We incorporate strength, cardio, lengthen, meditation, flexibility all into on studio. Everything we do is efficient. Offering Lagree (or SRT, aka the most effective pilates on the market. Expect to burn up to 600-700 calories in ONE class. CLIMBING, a 30 minute cardio party. But this class just isn't fun it is EFFICIENT, burning 22.7 calories PER minute. And lastly, infrared yoga where we focus on the mind and the body while taking in all the benefits of infrared heat.
