The app is not good. You can’t even edit your own information in it. It’s constantly down or not connecting with your fit bit. It has a platform where you can talk to other members but you can’t like comments or respond directly. It is not good.

The app is awful. I can get through the login screen but after that all I see is a picture of a mountain. I can swipe left and open the menu but nothing loads. I even tried to submit feedback in the app and it wouldn’t load to send it. I contacted customer support and they told me I had to contact the company I got transform free from. I’m not sure how they can help me with YOUR APP. I haven’t even been able to begin the program. I would give negative stars if I could.

Once I started the program and got access to the app, I was excited about how it would support my journey. Unfortunately, it’s only week one and I can’t rely on it. Sometimes it lets me in, sometimes not. I’ve had to try to log in over and over again, delete and reinstall, turn my phone off and on - nothing same to make it stick. Very disappointing. @Developers - can you help???

I was provided access to this program through my employer but the app is junk. It will take 5 minutes to log in, IF it allows me to log in.  Program can’t be beneficial if you can’t use the tools intended to make it more accessible and easy to follow.

I enjoy the Transform program. My coach really cares about me, and we do monthly calls and weekly check-ins through the app. The app connects with the Fitbit app, so my weight and food sync over for me. I earned a Fitbit watch through participating. The curriculum is really helpful, and I make goals around the parts that work for me. Overall this program is a huge win for my health.
