This app comes with no instruction whatsoever. It’s really not helping me at all. I thought by paying for it, there would be more useful instruction but nope. They just suckered me into the money. Very disappointed.

Love the app for tracking, but when I started a new round, my archived first round disappeared from the history tab.  I’m so sad that I can’t compare the two...

Love the ap. The layout is great. Sometimes takes a min to get to all of the comparisons, but it doesn’t bother me. Please please make one for liift 4!!!

So far the app is working fine. I wish that the days were labeled with the name of the workout instead of just a number. If I want to skip using the program paperwork I have to count the workouts to make sure I’m on the right one.

Overall well. However, I noticed today when I went to input my transformers for Day 13, they jumped a week, so there is a gap between Day 6 and Day 13, as opposed to being side by side. I went further down to see if maybe it would fill in later, but it did not. & the last day of Balance (41) will not show on screen in the bar graph. Hopefully this gets fixed because I would like to be able to see the completed graph & for everything to be “balanced”.

The Day 6/13/20 Balance day graph seems to be messed up. Day 13 Transformer numbers are appearing as Week 3 and Day 20 would appear as Week 4.

Watching and measuring what I eat is new for me. I love that I can come to this app and it not only tells me what foods belong in each container but the amount each is valued at. The only other thing I wish this app would do is keep track of how much water I drink.

I like the app because it can go with me everywhere. The only issue I found was with tracking food. yesterday I had an extra vegetable and I wasn’t able to track it because the app wouldn’t let me track more than what my plan says I should have for the day.
