Spent a heck of a lot of time and funds on this game because I love it, only to lose everything once I swapped devices even though I connected it to Apple's Game Center. First, when I’m researching a bot to the next level, the game doesn’t notify me when the research is finished. I have to log back into the game to find out that it’s done. It would be much more convenient if the game sent a notification when bot research was completed. Second, the Stasis Mine doesn’t seem to notify me when its upgrade is finished like the other upgrades do. It would be great if it had the same completion notification as the other buildings. These may seem like small things, but having consistent upgrade and research notifications would make the game much more convenient and enjoyable. But it’s a “pay to win” type of game. But even that isn’t the issue. The support team will take OVER A WEEK to reply. I’ve spent more than a couple hundred dollars on my account. Stopped playing and looking to get back into it. Requested a recovery code over a week ago and still no response. Space ape was the original developer. They had their flaws but at least they replied within 24hrs. The new company “Yodon” is destroying the game wanting money for everything and offering no responses when needed.
