ハワイ旅行に行った時、ツアーに参加したのですが、説明が英語のみのためわからないと思ってたのですが、翻訳カモメの同時通訳おかげで、ツアーの説明がわかって、とても楽しかったです。マイクで喋ってる声もちゃんとひろってくれて、翻訳してくれました。
次は推しのファンミーティングに行くのですが、韓国語の翻訳もお世話になると思います。

YouTubeなどに上がっているkpopのライブ映像などの中で、アプリ内の翻訳を利用できないものが時々あります。
それで今まではGoogle翻訳のライブ翻訳ツールをつかっていたのですが、固有名詞は拾いきれずカタカナになってしまい、会話も途切れ途切れになってしまっていました。
でも今日このアプリを初めて使ったら、重なっていたところまで綺麗に読み取ってくれて本当に感動しました。これが無料なのは本当にありがたいです。これからも動画視聴やライブ参戦で使おうと思います！

とあるキャンセル電話が必要だったが海外デスクしかなく、英語が話せないので困っていました。「通常の国際電話＋端末のライブ翻訳」だとカモメの3~5倍の料金がかかるので翻訳カモメを発見した時は助かりました。会話にラグが生まれてしまいますが手続きは問題なく終わりました。

《改善要望》
音声インプットのミュート機能は既にありますが、通話時の翻訳音声読み上げ(カモメ利用側の音声アウトプット)のオンオフ機能が欲しいです。文字起こしを目で追う方が早いので、読み上げを待っていると会話のラグが大きくなるし、かといって読み上げ中に話すのも自分の話声と音が重なって不便です。1度目の電話ではコツが掴めず、読み上げを待っていたら電話を切られてしまいました。

とても素晴らしいアプリなので、より良くなればいいなと思います。お願いいたします。

In fact, we also clearly mention that Video Translation and Simultaneous Interpretation are pay-as-you-go features.
Still, we always try to make the essential features accessible to everyone.
