Worst app ever for a horrible service

It has potential but is more aggravating than helpful. Tried to book a water taxi in Baltimore and it said the time I requested was not available, but there was nowhere to select a time. So, pretty useless

On the booking screen, there is a "Book Later" button that allows you to select your preferred date and time for your ride. We understand this may not have been immediately obvious, and we appreciate you pointing that out — it helps us improve.

The entire app is completely broken and doesn’t work. ETAs are wrong and it doesn’t always work to call transit provider

Every time I try to select my destination, I’m met with an endless loading screen. This is extremely frustrating, and it needs to be fixed ASAP.

The live tracking feature is excellent. We can easily see the driver’s real-time location, and the alert notifications are very helpful. It’s a great app for us and makes the overall experience much better.

I used to not like using it at all, but with the new updates, the app has actually been very easy and simple to use. Whoever is working on it now is doing much better than before and actually making improvements
