### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2023-09-21, version 1.1*

This is the app you wish you had years ago. Easy to use. Provides timely information more accurate than the MTA’s information. Informs you when express trains are running local, and vice versa, in an easy, intuitive manner. My wish list: MTA bus information and NJ transit information.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app

*2023-08-23*

I have used a number of apps for NYC transit but few are as responsible and easy to use as this one. If you want to quickly find the arriving times of trains at a list of nearby stations, this is the app!

### 5/5 — Fast and clean

*2023-08-16, version 1.0*

Very clean and love the snappy loading times. Took me about 2 seconds of use before making it my go to subway app. Thank you !

### 5/5 — Very well laid out!

*2023-08-15, version 1.0*

This is awesome and a must have app for any user of the NYC subway system!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App still crashing

*2024-03-14, version 2.2*

Most recent update still makes my phone crash

### 1/5 — There are many far better options

*2023-08-29, version 1.1*

Not worth the download

### 4/5 — I can’t track trains even on WiFi

*2023-10-26, version 1.1*

Please fix this

### 5/5 — I use this app every day

*2025-08-12, version 2.5.0*

This app helps me perfectly time my transfers. Great for subway and bus. Simple and reliable. I’ve shared this app with all my friends. thank you Transit Bandage <3

### 5/5 — Exceptionally useful and well designed

*2025-01-19, version 2.5.0*

By far the best transit app for NYC.

This app lets you know if you can make a quick transfer to an express line, and if there’s an MTA published deviation from service.

The UI is well designed, and it’s much less inefficient with network needs than the atrocious MTA app/website. Rather convenient given one should expect poor cell connectivity on the subway :)

### 5/5 — Better than Citymapper

*2024-10-26, version 2.5.0*

I like Citymapper, but this is better. Hope this app continues to receive support.

### 5/5 — Better than MyMTA

*2024-04-10, version 2.4*

App is intuitive and easy to use, much better than MyMTA

### 5/5 — i love it

*2024-02-09*

so much better than the mymta app — it is so much faster and much more concise i wish that there was commuter rail

### 5/5 — Must have for NYC Commuters

*2024-02-06, version 2.0*

Don’t need to say much else. Great app.

### 5/5 — Chef kiss!

*2024-01-21, version 1.1*

I think I’ve used every subway app out there and this is the best! Clean and useful, I use it everyday.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — All of the subway information you need, and nothing unnecessary.

*2024-01-19, version 1.1*

So simple and straightforward— exactly what myMTA should be (but isn’t). The delay information down to the second is extremely helpful given the state of the system today.

### 5/5 — You need this app

*2023-11-17, version 1.1*

Saved my commute! A must download!

### 5/5 — Best transit app by far

*2023-10-26, version 1.1*

Great app if you already know where you’re going, and you only need train schedules without the fluff of other apps like Apple or google maps.
