While I was waiting at the bus stop it canceled and it didn’t even show on the app. Second of all I proceed to another bus stop, just for the bus to arrive 7 minutes earlier then it showed and drove right past us. ### 1/5 — Saskatoon Transit *2024-06-09* Don’t not advertise yourself as reliable when all your company panics for some traffic ### 1/5 — Bad *2024-05-02* Trash ### 1/5 — Unclear App *2022-06-24* Very misleading and unclear app. There is ZERP information on where/what transportation I can use this for. I couldn’t get it to go away, so I ended up having to show the bus driver my screen instead. ### 1/5 — Good and handy app but needs a bit of tweaking *2021-09-20* Similar to few reviews in here, it always brings up Apple Pay whenever the pass is opened to be scanned inside the bus. It takes 2-3 times of awkwardly fidgeting before pass holders can successfully scan their phone. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! This bug will be fixed in the next version which will be rolled out in the next few weeks. ### 1/5 — Student Pass necessary *2021-08-30* Please include a student pass. It’s baffling that this option isn’t included. **Developer response:** A high school pass is available. This is called an entitlement and is available right now only through out Customer Service office at the Down Town Terminal. Come in and show your student card and the entitlement can be added to your account so you can buy high school passes on your mobile app. You only need to do this once per high school year and in the near future we will have this set up so it can be done right at your high school. ### 2/5 — Keeps bringing up Apple Pay *2023-01-28* I see this has been known for nearly or more than a year and that a fix was apparently rolled out a while ago but it keeps happening to me??? Apple says to contact the app developers because it’s on the app’s side. It happens almost every single time I try to scan my pass/a transfer. I try over and over and it brings up Apple Pay over and over. All the while holding up the line in the cold or the bus starts driving while I have a baby in one arm. Was this fixed/when will it be fixed?? I don’t trust the Transit app either because my 9 new tickets disappeared one day and I had to ask for a free ride, and then they reappeared an hour later. I thought this would be more trustworthy but I’m unsure what to do because it’s doing this. ### 2/5 — Apple Pay *2022-03-24* Apple Pay keeps coming up. Every time I try to scan the QR code, it activates Apple Pay.. several times over. I think the problem is that these terminals are designed to be able to accept “tap” payments, and the unit has an NFC reader that is prompting Apple Pay users device’s to activate Apple Pay to accept a payment, when it’s not necessary. I think the NFC payment readers just need to be deactivated until they plan to to adopt it as a payment method. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback!
