The structuring of the views is counterintuitive. The magnifying glass button opens the list of all routes. It kinda doesn’t feel like there’s a Home Screen. I’m always sort of confused about switching directions from the same stop. My criticisms aren’t that specific but I’ve always just found that the UX doesn’t really align with modern trends. Mostly on first and second stops of a route. It makes it impossible to time correctly if you live near that. Really inconvenient in bad weather. But it’s fallen off lately. I’ve been late for work many times because it seldom updates for recent route changes or simply doesn’t show several incoming trains/buses. For example, it may say the next southbound redline train is in 18 minutes, but there are actually 3 trains that come before that. We would have to wait until the southbound train went all the way to Ashland and then 7 to 11 minutes. come back to 63rd and Halsted going downtown.
