Using this app will get you lost or stranded in one the biggest cities in the world. Plenty of other public transit apps to use in NY (5 other apps). Do not get hustled into paying for this app, there will be plenty of other praying on you as a tourist. You don’t need the extra risk or frustration. Avoid this app for your own safety. Wanted to take family to Bronx zoo on 7Ave express. To our surprise 7 stops on this route we’re out of service (including our stop). This app directed me specifically to this route. The stations were not closed unexpectedly, either. Scheduled maintenance. We got dumped off in the hood. (The real hood in the Bronx.) with my fiancé, 17 year old daughter and her friend. Very dangerous situation that could be avoided if you do not use this app. ### 4/5 — Super *2018-08-01, version 4.1.1* Chybí mi možnost stažení alespoň nějaké offline mapy. So you'll be waiting for the bus and realize that the bus has been detoured to another spot. Map view was too zoomed in and hard to control. Kept asking me for info and couldn't figure out how to input it. Looks like some of the features that don't work are temporarily free. Soon they will be charging for them. Thought this was a public system. Not surprising as the electronic signs at C-Train stations have never worked properly, and the electronic fare payment system was an expensive bust. The least CT could do for riders is provide info for free and then make sure it works. Also impressed with customer service from developer. E-mailed him regarding an issue when moving between time zones effecting train times.
