## What is Transition Readiness Toolkit?

Introducing the Transition Readiness Toolkit (TRT) App, a companion tool designed to support educators, VR agencies, and providers in delivering Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). The TRT app allows you to administer assessments, even without access to the internet, seamlessly capture critical data in real-time, sync responses, and monitor student progress to tailor services based on individual needs. With a simple interface and a suite of assessments, TRT empowers providers to make data-driven decisions that enhance outcomes for students with disabilities.
