### 5/5 — Just as good as a coach

*2026-06-25, version 1.0.132*

I’m just starting back to Tri training and I find this app just as good as the coach I paid silly money for. Very intuitive, adapts your sessions well. I like it.

### 5/5 — Ironman training

*2026-06-09, version 1.0.125*

I’ve been using transition for my full Ironman training and it has been such a game changer. It is so personalized and flexible I feel like I can push myself while also adapting to real life changes

### 5/5 — Great for finding what works for you!

*2026-05-20, version 1.0.121*

This was recommended to me by a friend and it did a fantastic job at mapping out my workout weeks for my first Sprint triathlon. The AI integration makes it adaptable and responsive to changes and I appreciate how it gives rationale for each movement to really provide a coaching feel during busyness of life. If you’re looking for a structured and detailed training strategy for your next race, Transition is the way to go.

### 5/5 — Good adaptive training app

*2026-05-11*

Finally a triathlon training app that uses my Apple Watch and my Wahoo bike computer.

### 5/5 — Ótimo!

*2026-05-03*

### 5/5 — Game-Changer for Serious Triathletes

*2026-05-01, version 1.0.114*

Must read review: I’m a longtime Ironman athlete that wrote my own schedules. I was skeptical that an app could add value. I’ve been using Transition for over 6 months now and don’t know how I trained without it.

The app adapts week by week based on your progression and has a built in coach for real time responses. You can add your own personal input or just let the A.I. fully customize your training.

Training Apps are either very good but painfully expensive or affordable but very limiting. Transition delivers a high-end experience at a very minimal cost.

I’ve tried every app out there and none strike the balance as Transition has. If you’re a serious Triathlete or just starting out, this App is for you.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-05-01, version 1.0.114*

Great app, very good customer support. Nice easy layout and user friendly experience. Would recommend 👍

### 5/5 — IRONMAN-quality

*2026-04-30, version 1.0.114*

I used Transition to complete a IRONMAN 70.3 and a IRONMAN 140.6. This software was fantastic, the coach was very engaging and continued to approve, would highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Incredible

*2026-04-30, version 1.0.114*

I’m training for my first Ironman 70.3 and this app has been the absolute backbone of my training. The program curates personalised and detailed workouts to keep the athlete moving towards their time goals. I’m deeply impressed by the ease and convenience that this app offers and I would recommend it to any triathlete. Shoutout to Alex, the founder as well! He has reached out to me personally over email for feedback and continual input on the apps development. I’m a HUGE FAN

### 5/5 — Cada dia melhor!

*2026-04-23*

### 5/5 — Great app for beginners!!

*2026-04-23, version 1.0.112*

So I’m training for my first Triathlon and Transition has been amazing! Giving me direction when I had none, it sets out a schedule for you for every 2 weeks (then updates every 2 wks).

The only thing I would suggest is adding more freedom and ease for adjusting the schedule.

### 5/5 — Fantastic App for Triathletes

*2026-01-03, version 1.0.41*

If you’re a beginner or intermediate triathlete, give Transition a try. I’m currently using it for my Sprint Tri training and the experience has been relatively seamless. I love that it controls my indoor trainer directly without needing a middleman app like Garmin or Wahoo. The 'Smart Coach' AI is impressive, providing adaptive feedback that adjusts to your testing results. What really sold me was the developer support; they are incredibly quick to respond to questions.

### 5/5 — So useful!

*2025-12-11, version 1.0.41*

Struggled with finding an app just for triathlon training. I was so tired of using multiple apps to keep track of my stats. This app fixed all my problems. Also as a mom I love being able to inform the coach of my schedule and needs and then it customizes it all for me.
10/10!

The nutrition advice I get for my workouts has been really helpful!

### 3/5 — Apple Watch

*2026-03-18, version 1.0.90*

I can’t connect Apple Watch like the a Garmin watch to do workouts.

### 4/5 — A Promising AI Coach That Continues to Improve

*2026-06-03, version 1.0.125*

As an Ironman athlete training toward my next race, I’ve been impressed with how Transition adapts training plans based on completed workouts and provides coaching insights that go beyond simply assigning workouts. The platform has helped me stay consistent across swimming, cycling, and running while maintaining a long-term focus on performance and recovery.

What stands out most is that it feels like a coach rather than just a training calendar. The team is responsive to feedback and actively works to improve the athlete experience.

There are still some areas that could be refined, particularly around accommodating non-traditional training setups (such as resistance swim trainers and other indoor alternatives) where distance tracking can be less straightforward. However, the platform continues to evolve, and I’ve found the guidance valuable as I prepare for my next Ironman.

Overall, I would recommend Transition to endurance athletes looking for adaptive, AI-supported coaching that balances structure with flexibility.

### 4/5 — Super Trainingsplan – Feinschliff fehlt noch

*2026-02-01*

Man merkt, dass viel Know-how dahintersteckt.

### 4/5 — I love the idea

*2026-01-01, version 1.0.41*

Idea is great and it’s set me up a training plan that I will give a try, but there’s issues with the chatbot not knowing the layout of the app (giving me wrong instructions with entering workout days) and that I can scroll down when typing in the chatbot, I type a message and I can’t scroll to the submit message button

### 4/5 — Good so far and developer is responsive

*2025-08-15, version 1.0.29*

Early in trying this out but I have experience with other training apps, and this one is starting off well, with solid looking plans. Also, support from the developer has been fast and personal. He clearly is vested in making a good product.

### 5/5 — Highly recommended

*2026-08-12, version 1.0.144*

Transition has become an integral part of my training workflow. Its clean interface, reliable performance tracking, and thoughtful design make it stand out among endurance‑training apps. The ability to monitor progress across disciplines and analyze transition efficiency has noticeably improved my race preparation. The developers clearly understand the demands of triathletes and have built a product that supports both consistency and performance optimization. Highly recommended for athletes seeking a data‑driven, professional training companion. The support is clearly friendly and the respond reach your expectations.

### 5/5 — Really good idea

*2026-08-12, version 1.0.144*

I’ve been consistently using this app for the past 10–11 weeks to track my food and training, and I’ve found it incredibly easy to use and genuinely helpful for making progress with my triathlon training.

One of my favourite features is the food and nutrition guidance. The app gives you meal options that fit your macros and tells you exactly how many grams of each ingredient you need to use when cooking. This makes it really simple to stay on track with your nutrition without having to constantly calculate everything yourself.

Overall, it has made tracking both my training and nutrition much easier, and I’ve definitely noticed the benefits in my progress. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their training and nutrition for triathlons.

### 5/5 — Best App, I’ve tried all the rest

*2026-08-12, version 1.0.144*

I like this app because it keeps my training organised, adapts sessions around real-life constraints, tracks progress clearly, and gives practical coaching that helps me train confidently, consistently and safely.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2026-08-10, version 1.0.140*

I found this app very helpful and motivating for my first sprint triathlon. Being that I am a novice swimmer still working on technique there err goals I couldn’t meet but it seemed to adjust reasonably well

### 5/5 — Transition = genau das, was man braucht

*2026-08-02*

bekommst fundierte! wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse….

2. Woche

### 5/5 — TRIdot but adaptive to your life with explanations !

*2026-07-12, version 1.0.136*

(UPDATE 7/10): The AI model just got a lot better, wahoo integration now flawless including intervals. (End)

I have gone from TRIdot to transition with alot of overlap. Now that Apple Watch and wahoo works (well wahoo intervals still need a photo uploaded but will be fixed, developer is so responsive ) seamlessly I see no sense to use TRIdot .

It truly adapts , even to minor injuries and the weather . I can on the fly just turn a ride into a commute and remember easy to work to not get sweaty , punch it home . It can coordinate Olympic, 70.4, and even marathon and explain why the plan will work. Hell even has custom pool sizes!!! Why does TRIdot only think 2 sizes exist!

Biggest philosophical difference seems to be TRIdot is very min max - a lot of zone 2, then zone 4. This seems to take the approach that almost every effort has some race pace at the end. Every bike has some intervals at race pace. It feel more prepared knowing I can hit my Np at the end of a 3 hour ride than knowing I can do 110% ftp intervals at the beginning .

Will see how my 70.3 goes but I am well ahead of last year prepping for Chicago tri . See you out there.

### 5/5 — Muy buena, vale la pena

Muy buena aplicación para entrenar. Los felicito. Buen trabajo

### 5/5 — Best all round training app!

*2026-06-27, version 1.0.132*

I honestly use this app every day. It’s become more than just a triathlon training app.

The AI coach is probably my favourite part. Instead of Google I just ask and get an answer that relates to me. The feedback after races and training sessions is so good too.

I love it also works out my macros and I can log my food.

It’s honestly taken so much of the thinking out of my training. I just open the app, do what it tells me, and get on with it. Best training app I’ve used
