You subscribe to this app and lucky if it works and if you submit a refund it will be denied. Lest say sometimes it works and you pay subscription for 60 minutes of video to add subtitles. Guests what when you get back to use the app it will tell you, you have 15 minuets left of video when you only used 10 minutes. After stealing your money and cutting off your minutes you have subscribe again and when you pay. The application still tells you no likes left taking you subscription money. And when you hit the “app support” to ask for help it directs you to a page when a message appears that you phone got a virus. Luckily Apple support gave my full refund. ### 1/5 — Unbelievable *2025-03-19, version 1.4.5* Picked up the app for $5.99. It said I didn’t have enough minutes for subtitles. So I purchase 120 minutes, and they never showed on my account. The money was taken from my bank account. This is basic fraud. I did it by copying the YouTube link, I also had it downloaded into my photo library. Getting it into this app was easy, but after going through all the steps they were no subtitles at all, let alone a translation. The ‘simple subtitle’ piece of it also produced nothing. Useless. I love it… I wish they let you finish with your minutes remaining without the watermark. I mean sometimes it will take you more than a month to use the time you paid for it. However, Sajed from the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful from day one. He communicated every step of the way, keeping me updated on the status and progress. By day 5, the glitch was fixed, and everything is now working perfectly. The support was friendly, professional, and efficient, which turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. I truly appreciate their dedication to resolving issues and improving the user experience.
