The site is designed to funnel you to a live translator at extra cost. Support never responded to my questions. I just opened the app today, and it was cluttered with ads and things that completely obscured the interface. I was sent a verification code, which I entered, and there was no “continue” button after typing in my code and then the timer just runs out. What am I supposed to do after I type in my verification code?
