苹果手机商店里的一个叫翻译max-全能ai翻译（UniPass Apps	）的软件，未经本人同意，在我不知情的情况下，不明缘由的自动扣费，到今天为止，共扣除费用22笔款，每笔48元，总计1058元。这笔费用我不知情 未确认，未使用，侵犯了用户的知情权与自主选择权。      详细事情是这样的：2026年3月18日凌晨4点53分，发现有一个48元的不明缘由的扣款，拨打银行客服电话，才知道是一个没有使用过的苹果手机软件在不明缘由的扣费。     又查了一下此账号的交易记录，才知道这个没有用过的软件一直在不明缘由的自动扣费，到今天为止，共扣除费用22笔款，每笔48元，总计1058元。而且交易时间都在凌晨4点-5点，让人不易觉察。                        此软件我从来没用过，
未经本人同意，就自动续费，隐形代扣，没有任何的短信提醒，也没有任何提示，没使用服务却被扣费。未告知，未确认，未使用，在这种情况下，不明缘由的自动扣费1058元。这笔费用我不知情 未确认，未使用，侵犯了用户的知情权与自主选择权

。    3月18日苹果客服帮我申请退款，当天被驳回，3月20日苹果客服再次帮我申请退款，当天又被驳回，没有任何理由的自动驳回。3月22日再次拨打苹果客服电话，这次答复是，他们也找不到此软件商的任何信息，也联系不到商家。因为无故扣款且无法找到软件"的情况，我请求12315帮我要回扣款的1058元
