I had no money with me and it was only the nice ticket inspector that let me through otherwise I would have been stranded. Doesn’t work very well at the barriers at Grand Central but I think that might be the scanners, not the app. ### 3/5 — Caution if buying tickets for more than one person *2025-06-24, version 1.2.7* Easy to use, but if you’re traveling with someone, you can’t buy two tickets together. This isn’t obvious until you try to activate both, then it tells you, you can’t activate both at the same time. This is ridiculous - you’ve already paid for the tickets, why should it stop you from activating them? ### 3/5 — Offline usage issues *2025-02-06, version 1.2.6* The app works fine for me however when i have an e-ticket and want to show it to staff without data, it tells me that i have reached my limit for offline use (even when i have only used it once or if its the first time that day). My friend also has this issue. It makes a popup come onto the screen in front of your ticket - preventing the user from being able to show it to staff or scan it since the qr code is covered. ### 3/5 — Add a “Add to Apple Wallet” button *2024-10-19, version 1.2.6* Only thing this is really missing. However, there is some glitch when checking out that won’t allow you to decline gifting a ticket. Unable to move forward with purchasing the ticket. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for buying bus tickets.
