The app enables you to select your pickup location and drop-off destination,  track the arrival of your bus and manage your bookings.

Doesn’t work. Can’t set a time for pick up, feature exists but non-operative. Randomly reports no service available despite being in the station as service is arriving. Can’t rely on the app and thus the service is compromised

Tracker on the on demand bus said it was 7 minutes away and didn’t move for the 20 minutes I watched it, so either tracker was broken and it was doing the area or the bus wasn’t in use cause when I tried to cancel and rebook it was gone and I couldn’t book any others because “I already booked during this timeslot” and wouldn’t let me book anything, then 20 minutes later after I had to get a family member to pick me up, the app poped ip and it then said my bus had arrived for a route it wouldn’t let me book and booked it for me

I always have a problem with this app and now it’s not letting me use it at all, every address is not on the pickup or drop off zone despite it being so previously, can’t even go into Stocklands.

Once they approve the ride you cant even see it. Sometimes it doesn’t even affirm wether it was successful and find out later it was booked. It disappears so if u have to cancel you cant

The booking system is a joke. You can never get a bus within 10 mins of checking if one is near you, you need to schedule one at least 40 mins away. And if you book a ride hours or even the day before, the bus still comes 20 minutes later than your original booked pick up time.
