My company bought the HGAS HTRAM for monitoring air quality. Several months ago, we encountered an issue where we were unable to log in into the app nor the website.  We contacted the company, and after a few weeks, they provided us with a solution. However, a couple of months later, we are experiencing the same issue again.

To connect the app with the device you always have to turn the device off/on to activate its bluetooth. Recorded historical data cannot be accessed in the app unless it is connected (bluetooth) with the device. Hilariously bad user experience!

I am disappointed, it is not possible to retrieve all the measurements with the application. It is only possible to have an hourly average. It would be interesting to be able to export all the measurements in .csv format but it is not possible. Would it be possible to make an update in this way?

The Device itself comes in quality packaging for a small device it feels substantial and works straight out of the box. I downloaded the app registered an account with Honeywell an logged straight in. The App has an intuitive interface with three settings as described in the product papers. There is a third custom setting but for the moment I will be using the quite/library setting. The device is now plugged in and charging the battery so all good. If your looking for an easy to use HVAC Monitor you won’t go far wrong with one of these.
