After walking up and down the aisles, I realized that not only did I not know what kind of couscous she wanted, I had no clue what couscous was or even if it was good for you. I wondered, if only there was an app that could tell me where all this STUFF on these shelves come from… And then I went on with my day. Fast forward to this past year, I got called into the doctors office, and they said I needed to change what I was eating if I wanted to make it past 56.
