The shopping is fast, the flavors are the best I’ve ever tasted, and the customer service is bar none. I just found out that I screwed my order up while trying to change something. Matthew not only fixed the flavor for me, but noticed that I actually changed the type of protein. So he took care of that for me as well. Very happy with it! ### 1/5 — Difficult to checkout *2024-09-23, version 2.6* This is supposed to be a commerce app, but the basics of the checkout process are full of friction points. 1) one has to manually enter all the credit card number information instead of allowing the phone to copy-paste from another app or a password manager. No ability to use the camera to scan your credit card either. And with the manual entry, you don’t tab to the next form field. You just counter-intuitively have to keep typing numbers until the fields are full. 2) On top of that, the app doesn’t save your credit card information securely so you have to go through this nightmare entry process every single time you want to place an order. Stick with the website for now until they find one of many third-party solutions that make the buy process painless. ### 5/5 — Worth the money *2024-08-11, version 2.5* Great taste great prices great selection proven and tested what else could you ask for.
