## What is Transport Claims?

In the transportation business, you can expect the unexpected . The Transport Claims App offered by Intact Insurance lets you connect directly with a live, third-party representative to report an incident and provide the details - including photos - from anywhere, using a mobile device.  Once your incident is reported, an Intact Insurance claims representative will contact you to start the claims process.

By clicking "Install", you consent to the installation on your mobile device of the Transport Claims App available from Intact Insurance, and to any future upgrades thereto, made available by Intact Insurance. You further agree that the Transport Claims App, or any updates or upgrades thereto, could or will perform the functions described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the app from your mobile device.

The Transport Claims App is offered free of charge by Intact Insurance, but standard data rates and fees may apply.

The Transport Claims App is managed by Spill Center Inc., a global leader in incident response reporting, such as first notice of loss, emergency response communication, environmental claims management and services provided to industry and government.  The company developed this platform for transportation drivers to report incidents to an agent within their call centre immediately and conveniently. After the information is collected and confirmed by the agent, the driver is contacted by Intact Insurance to begin the claims process.
