### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-02-10*

This app is useless if you are planning your way to an event. They should had developed an app similar to the one used at the Paris Olympics!

### 1/5 — No direction

*2026-02-07*

when you open the app it only takes you to the website for spectator information, not very helpful

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear that the experience didn’t meet your expectations. As described in the app’s information, this tool is designed specifically for accredited personnel, providing them with dedicated transport services and routes not available to the general public. For spectators, all the most complete, updated and detailed information — including maps, venue locations, transport routes, parking options, trains, shuttles, and how to reach every point of interest — is available on the official website, which is directly accessible from within the app in the spectator section. We chose this approach to ensure spectators always see the latest and most accurate information, updated in real time. We truly appreciate your comment, and we’re constantly working to improve clarity and usability for everyone. If this explanation helps clarify the purpose of the app, we kindly invite you to consider updating your star rating.

### 1/5 — Takes you to web page

*2026-02-05*

This isn’t an actual app — when you click on anything, it just takes you to a web page in your default browser.

### 1/5 — Dont Don’t do it!

*2026-02-04*

This is an absolute piece of garbage app. I cannot get it to work AT ALL. Register an email address, get an email at the email address with a link, try to use said email address to finish registering and am told I’m using the wrong email address.

They say to re-register with a different email address only to be told the credentials have been registered with another email address.

No way to contact support. I’ve been trying for more than a week. I’m in Milan using my own money to get around while this app just won’t work.

Even the email address you gave in one of your replies doesn’t exist! What is wrong with you!

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you for sharing your experience — we’re really sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered.

To clarify: accessing and registering with the correct email address is a cybersecurity requirement, and unfortunately the app cannot complete the process if the accreditation email is different or not validated correctly. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially if you’ve been trying for several days.

Regarding support:

The email address as shared through the official channels was active until January 26th, and the current support on Official Transport Service Desk is active and responding.

For immediate, human assistance, you can visit any Transport Help Desk available at official points of entry, villages, and venues — they are equipped to help you and resolve any problem.

Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to improving the process for all users.

Thanks again for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.

### 1/5 — Running out of time and needs loads of work

*2026-01-27*

The app is not clear at all and does not function to tell you how to go anywhere. It merely redirects to the website with the most generic information possible. We were told to download this app to use transportation as part of a package through OnLocation and it appears to be for athletes maybe? Absolutely crazy it is 8 days from events starting.

### 1/5 — Misery

*2026-01-21*

The transportation company charged with managing the buses has no experience of a large international event. Registration and booking is a lottery and the whole "customer experience" is gut-wrenchingly tedious. Will the buses run on time?

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your feedback. Could you please contact us at transportdigital@milanocortina2026.org and share a few more details or screenshots?

We’re committed to resolving issues and improving your experience, thank you for your time.

### 1/5 — Not useful in planning transport

*2026-01-18*

As of 17Jan, no ability to plan a journey. After selecting start and end locations, there is no ability to search for transport options on the day and time selected.

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your feedback. As explained in the app guide and in the notification available in your in‑app inbox, operations will gradually begin in the coming days according to the Olympic calendar.

For example, all bus routes will be visible starting from January 23rd, as scheduled. At the moment, you can already view all public transport services, public providers, and trains operating within and across clusters.

I recommend reviewing the internal guidelines that were shared.

Please consider updating your review, as this is not a bug but rather a misunderstanding due to not reading the guidelines.
