I use this app every day for work and navigating the app now is almost impossible. Who thought this was a good idea?! ### 1/5 — Bad Update *2025-06-07* This new update is so bad. Software runs slower, is glitchy and there is overlap on screen. The format is not as user friendly and is more time consuming. More clicking and less swiping. It’s not as efficient. The map with pins is harder to read as well. The layout is horrible. Please go back to how it functioned before. The app crashes way more than ever before. The bar at the top for where you go into take pictures goes away and doesn’t come back. It’s almost as if you’re timed to take pictures. Before the update I was able to take pictures no matter how long the order was up. Now I can’t even go back if I need to unless you close the app and restart it. It’s way harder for people to sign on now and it was hard before. It’s way worse now. More clicking to add serial numbers. I think when you try to improve you actually made it the opposite. I still don’t understand how or why you would want to change it. Almost everything before was perfect the way it was. It’s the biggest complaint I get about the Android version from our staff / drivers and would make this way more usable. :) ### 4/5 — Good Program *2024-03-27* Would be nice for the signature screen to be the whole screen, since the date is already generated below the date box, so there’s no need to write it in. Also the “load all” button keeps disappearing but other than that it is a well rounded application ### 2/5 — Required forms list broken *2024-12-06* I just updated the program a few days ago and immediately noticed that the where the required forms are takes several more clicks to get selected.
